PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse various kinds of foreign materials such as mud and sand mixed in mud-salt water, and iron powder mixed in a lubricant uniformly in a tank, and to prevent them from their deposition in a tank bottom. SOLUTION: A shape of the tank 12 is to be a cylindrical shape in a coaxial form with a rotation axis of a rotary vane 18, and a clearance between the rotary vane 18 and the tank 12 are to be minimized, whereby the deposition of the foreign materials can be prevented.
