摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell of a solid oxide fuel cell suitable for preventing the occurrence of a crack and interlayer separation caused by difference between coefficients of thermal expansion of constituent materials of respective electrode layers while ensuring effective areas of the electrode layers. <P>SOLUTION: This electrode structure of the solid oxide fuel cell has a laminated structure composed by sandwiching an electrolyte layer 2 formed of a solid oxide between one-side electrode layer 3 and the other-side electrode layer 4. At least either of the electrode layers 3 has an infinite number of minute cracks 5, and an intermediate material having a coefficient of thermal expansion lower than that of the electrode layer 3 is impregnated into the cracks 5 and sintered to form boundary layers 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
