PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of improving usability of a user. When skyrocket mode is set, skyrocket 400a are specified as a subject if the luminance difference Ya of the subject is larger than a specified value Yx, and an index signal is recorded as a program search signal at the tape section 112.
