<p>It is intended to provide a technique by which plant diseases and injurious insects can be controlled with the use of a highly dispersible titanium dioxide powder obtained by subjecting a titanium dioxide powder to a discharge treatment. By using titanium dioxide which is a material highly safe to living organisms and the environment, plant diseases and injurious insects can be controlled without exerting any undesirable effect on the environment.</p> |
