<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration detection device capable of detecting easily and highly accurately each characteristic frequency of a motor and a load without imposing a mechanical load on the motor and the load and without generating a noise. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a transition duration detector 101 for inputting a position command and a position, and outputting a transition duration; the first storage device 102 for inputting the position and the transition duration, and outputting a transition position; the second storage device 103 for inputting a position command and the transition duration, and outputting a transition position command; the first spectrum detector 104 for inputting the transition position, and outputting a position spectrum; the second spectrum detector 105 for inputting the transition position command, and outputting a position command spectrum; and a spectrum comparator 106 for inputting the position spectrum and the position command spectrum, and outputting a characteristic frequency detected value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
