PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray apparatus for cleaning the peripheral surface of a house which is capable of preventing water mark, soiling or staining after both initial rinsing and subsequent rinsing. SOLUTION: The spray apparatus for cleaning the peripheral surface of the house is a hose end system including (i) a vessel containing a cleaning composition containing a polymer for making the surface hydrophilic, (ii) a purifying apparatus which is an ion exchange resin containing resin beads having <1.0 mm diameter and housed in the spray apparatus and (iii) an adaptor for attaching the spray apparatus to a conventional domestic hose.
