PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling capable of exercising vibration control function by surely absorbing vibration generated at a motor side and mainly transmitting power under light load. SOLUTION: This coupling is provided with engagement grooves 4, 4' axially formed on a peripheral surface while being at least trisected, and formed by combining two hubs 2, 3 comprising partially-missing shaft holes 5, 5' on shaft centers, and a connection block 10 composed of an elastic material, having a connection base portion 11 at its intermediate portion, and provided with engagement protrusions 12, 13 engaged with engagement grooves 4, 4' of the hubs 2, 3, and the engagement protrusions 12, 13 of the connection block are alternately displaced in the circumferential direction at both sides through the connection base portion 11.
