A system and a method for offering goods information is provided to offer goods information of surrounding shops to a user holding a terminal equipped with an active RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag in real-time and offer discount benefit to the user without any printed coupon. A shop information server(310) stores the goods information of each shop(200). A management server(320) stores active RFID tag information of each user, and transmits user information corresponding to the tag information and the goods information of the shop transmitting the tag information if the tag information is received from the outside. An information providing server(330) transmits the goods information received from the information providing server to the corresponding user. If the tag information of the user nearby the shop is received from a terminal device(210) installed to the shop, the management server searches the goods information of the shop transmitting the tag information from the shop information server.
