A connector structure of a vehicle door speaker is provided to reduce noise caused by defective combination of the connector by steadily maintaining a connected state of the door speaker and to easily settle the speaker by having a speaker fixing means for settling the speaker on a vehicle body. A connector structure of a vehicle door speaker(20) comprises a connector housing(16) formed on one end of a protector(18) in the door speaker; a connector terminal integrally fitted with the connector housing and the speaker protector to be directly connected with a voice coil by wires; and a speaker fixing unit(15) formed at one side of the connector housing to settle the speaker on a door of a vehicle body. The speaker fixing unit has a protrusion unit formed in a predetermined shaped; and a spring fixed/mounted on the protrusion unit and one side of the connector housing to provide the elastic force to the protrusion unit.
