<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a document with an illustration when transmitting documents using a facsimile or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The document creating apparatus comprises: an input section for creating a document; an empty region detecting means for detecting an empty region on the document inputted by the input section; a date/time detecting means 40 for detecting a date/time; an illustration determining means 41 for determining an illustration corresponding to the date/time detected by the date/time detecting means from an illustration data storage section storing illustration data and information relating to months when using the illustration data; and a display section 42 for displaying the document and the illustration on the basis of the input from the input section and the illustration determined by the illustration determining means when the selected illustration is inserted in the empty region detected by the empty region detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
