PURPOSE: A wheel transmission is provided to shorten length between an engine and an axle shaft by mounting the wheel transmission to an axle hub of both wheels of front or rear wheels and to cut off vibration and noise generated in the engine. CONSTITUTION: A wheel transmission(100) independently mounted at both ends of input and output shafts(150,180) receiving rotational power through a propeller shaft, a final gear reducer, and a differential to successively perform forward/backward, neutral, and one-way motions is composed of a cylinder part(160) worked by actuating fluid flowed through first and second passages(151,152) formed at the input shaft; one clutch part(170) horizontally moved by the cylinder part; a speed changing device(200) performing forward, backward or neutral motions by the clutch part; the output shaft rotated by the speed changing device; and wheels(102) rotated by rotational power of the output shaft.
