A common electrode display plate, an LCD including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form substantially the same cell intervals, and make a gamma curve of a reflection mode approach a gamma curve of a transmission mode by dividing a reflection region into two regions, applying the same pixel voltage as that of a transmission region to one of the divided regions, and applying a voltage smaller than a pixel voltage to remain one divided region. A color filter(230) is formed on a first substrate, and has a light hole. A common electrode (270) is formed on the color filter and in the light hole. A first insulating layer is formed on the common electrode formed in the light hole. The light hole is divided into at least two regions, and the first insulating layer is formed in at least one region of the two regions.
