PURPOSE:To manufacture a high strength glass crown with high degree of crystallization free of casting defect easily and with high reproducibility in the strength and aesthetic property depending on a performation treatment thereof. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method of a glass ceramic crown, a crystalline glass having a fine crystal nucleus ranging about 20-100nm in a volume percentage of 1-50% is heated to soften. Then, the softened glass is injected into a cast parallelly with the injection or after the injection, and it is further crystallized to raise the degree of crystallization. |
