A precise seeding machine for mass production of sprouts is provided to improve a germination rate and the yield and to reduce labor by maintaining uniformly the seeding amount and seeding density and selecting a digital control board including an MCU(micro controller unit). The precise seeding machine includes a frame(1), a seed case(2), a vibration part, and a digital control board(12). The frame mounts a servo motor(5), a control panel(27), and the control board. The seed case with a long body and an inverted triangular section includes a seed discharge hole(8) and a pivotal opening and closing plate(9). The vibration part comprises a vibration plate(3) downwardly hanged on an inclined surface formed on both sides of the seed case by plural coil springs(7) and elbow components(6) and having a vibration motor(4). The digital control board includes a power battery, a weight sensor module(10), a speed sensor module(11), a switching part, an LCD(liquid crystal display), and MCU. |
