A fold textiles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to bond the cover raw fabric to the interior raw fabric as one combined raw fabric. The cover cloth is projected into a coating device and thereafter polyurethane is coated on a side of the cover cloth. The cover cloth is wound together with the inside cloth by winders(S1). The cover cloth and the inside cloth are projected into a bonding device so that the combined cloth is formed(S2). Sodium hydroxide liquid mixed with sodium hydroxide and sizer with the ratio of 3:7 is printed on the bonded cloth with a predetermined pattern(S3). The folds are formed on the cover cloth(S4). The dye and medicine substances in the bonded cloth are removed(S5). |
