A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to bake a white back layer by adding a photo polymerized photoresist resin to the white back material. An address electrode is formed on a substrate(S10). A white back layer is formed on the substrate including the address electrode(S12). A barrier rib is formed on the white back layer(S20). The barrier rib is exposed by using a mask(S30). At the same time, the white back layer is cured(S40). A bake process for the substrate is performed(S50). The white back layer is formed by adding a photo polymerized photoresist resin. The photo polymerized photoresist resin is a ultraviolet curing resin.
