A construction method of a building is provided to construct an environment-friendly concrete structure regardless of places by manufacturing a wall with assembling lightweight frames, using a form as an outer finishing material without removal and charging clay and gravel. A second frame is combined with a fourth frame, and connected laterally by bolting. A wall is manufactured by assembling a door frame with a structure, and laying the structures. A room is formed by assembling a sixth frame with a bolt, and a roof truss is formed by assembling a tenth frame, a twenty second frame and a twenty fourth frame. The roof truss is placed on the wall, and a concrete structure is constructed by penetrating the roof truss with an annular steel rod and inserting the annular steel rod through the wall into the ground. The concrete structure is finished by filling a hollow with clay, gravel, wood chips, chaff or charcoal.
