A flexible circuit substrate and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to perform a reliable test by reducing cost for an additional retest. In a flexible circuit substrate, various kinds of circuit parts are mounted on an insulating film(113) in a circuit area(120). An interface area(110) is connected to the circuit area(120), and has a plurality of input/output signal patterns and at least more than one pattern for alignment(111).
