FIELD: bank-note counting device. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains mechanisms for one by one bank-note feeding, bank-note moving, counting and stacking, and control system. One by one feeding mechanism contains card 3, located below feeding pocket 2 and connected to it by joint 5 and to case 1 by elastic element 6. Resin plates 7 are fixed on card 4, and on pocket 2 metal plates 8 are fixed on the side of plates 7. Shaft 9 of catching roller 3 of mechanism is connected to case 1 above pocket surface 2 and is kinematically connected to motor 10. Roller 3 is equipped with saw-shaped rim made of material with high coefficient of friction. Bank-note moving mechanism contains kinematically connected to motor 10 feeding 18 and supporting 19 rollers. Counting and stacking mechanism is equipped with its own motor and contains receiving roller 24 with a rim made of flexible indents 25. ^ EFFECT: reduced size and noise. ^ 6 cl, 5 dwg |
