FIELD: apparatus for homogenizing harmful heat separating powder material and homogenizing method with use of such apparatus. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus 10 includes cylindrical housing 14 with round cross section and horizontal axis XX'; cylinder drum unit 16 arranged inside housing 14 and having inner and outer drums. Outer surface of cylindrical wall 16a of said outer drum has blades 22a, 22b for homogenizing powder material present in annular space 24 formed between outer drum and housing. Cylindrical space 16e, 16f, 16g is formed between inner and outer drums. Apparatus also includes shaft in which drum unit 16 is rigidly mounted. Said shaft 18 is hollow one and outside housing it is communicated with system for discharging air. Driving unit is provided for rotating said shaft. ^ EFFECT: possibility for effectively removing heat separated from powder material, possibility for using apparatus in manufacturing line operating at controlled feed of powder material to next apparatus. ^ 21 cl, 5 dwg
