A pharmaceutical composition comprising clopidogrel bisulfate is provided to show significantly increased stability by mixing the clopidogrel bisulfate with pregelatinized starch. The pharmaceutical composition comprises clopidogrel bisulfate and pregelatinized starch. In the composition, 10-70 parts by weight of the pregelatinized starch is contained regarding 30-40 parts by weight of the clopidogrel bisulfate and the clopidogrel is crystal type I or crystal type II.
