A system, an apparatus, and a method for providing a flashcon in a mobile instant messenger are provided to express the emotion or intention of a dialogist as an animation image through the flashcon in the mobile instant messenger provided in a wireless terminal and facilitate selection of the flashcon, thereby making more effective expression of the emotion or intention possible and easily transmitting a desired message through the flashcon in the wireless terminal in which it is a little difficult to input a message. A system for providing a flashcon in a mobile instant messenger comprises the followings: a messenger server(350) which checks whether a terminal(340), which receives a request for a dialogue from a wireless terminal(300,310), is in a state possible to have a chat, and enables mutual message exchange by forming a channel between the terminal(340) and the wireless terminal(300,310); a flashcon web server(360) which provides a flashcon reproduction file to a corresponding wireless terminal according to the flashcon reproduction request of the wireless terminal(300,310); and a flashcon DB(Database) server(370) which includes plural DBs(371~374) and stores/transmits various information in order to provide a flashcon through each DB(371~374).
