Provided is a personal emergency rescue belt having an improved structure to help a user easily put on and connect personally, without aid of a rescue party, to a post rope at the time of emergency rescue. The personal emergency rescue belt comprises a body(10), a fastening unit(13), first bonding units(18a,18b), a chest belt, second bonding units, a back hooking portion(17a), and a shoulder pad. The body(10) has an arc(10a) and a chord(10b) being overlapped at two intersection points(11,12), the first intersection point(11) being sewed to prevent unseaming of the belt due to the weight of a rescuee and the second intersection point(12) fixing the fastening unit to adjust length of the belt according to a physique of the rescuee.
