A hybrid induction motor is provided to improve durability and stability by further installing a buffering unit on a counter-rotation prevention apparatus. A hybrid induction motor includes a permanent magnet frame(132), a rotation shaft, a counter-rotation prevention apparatus, a first protrusion(171), a second protrusion(173), a third protrusion(174), and a stopper(170). The permanent magnet frame(132) supports a permanent magnet rotatably. The rotation shaft rotates to be integrated with a rotor of the permanent magnet. The counter-rotation prevention apparatus is installed on an upper plane of the permanent magnet frame(132), and prevents a counter-rotation of the rotation shaft. The first protrusion(171) is installed on an upper plane of the permanent magnet frame(132) so that the counter-rotation prevention apparatus is rotated with the permanent magnet frame(132) along the counter-rotation of the rotation shaft. The second protrusion(173) is installed on an outer circumference plane of the permanent magnet frame(132) so that the counter-rotation prevention apparatus rotates along the rotation direction of the rotation shaft. The third protrusion(174) is installed on a center unit of the permanent magnet frame(132). The stopper(170) stops the rotation of the rotation shaft when the rotation shaft is counter-rotated.
