<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensitivity of an antenna while effectively using a mounting region on a printed board to be connected, and to reduce the number of terminals of the printed board and wirings. <P>SOLUTION: A generator 200 with a built-in antenna consists of a nearly rectangular support board 101, a solar cell panel body 102 formed on the support board 101, and a protective film (coating resin) 108 that covers the panel body 102. The panel body 102 includes a base material electrode 103 formed on the board 101, a generating layer 104 formed on the electrode 103, and a transparent electrode 105 formed on the generating layer 104. A slot antenna 201 is formed in an exposed region at a lower end of the electrode 103 where no generating layer 104 and transparent electrode 105 are laminated, by making a long notch at a part of the electrode 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
