<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a service user to confirm, for a fee charged from a service provider, the charge or validity of a use history that is the basis for the charge. <P>SOLUTION: A user device 10 calls services of a provider device 12 by a service call message through a service call device 11. A mediator device 11 relays the service call message by a service relay device 2, delivers it to a service monitoring device 5, and records data related to the calling state of services in a service monitoring recording device 6. The provider device 12 executes the services, records the execution history in a service use history storage device 4, calculates the charge for services based thereon, and outputs a charge. The user device 10 inquires, upon receipt of the charge, the service use history of the mediator device 12, and confirms the validity of the service use history by comparing it with use history data from the provider device 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
