PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device in which circuits can flexibly be arranged and laid out with efficiency, and also to provide electronic equipment mounted with the same. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes: a RAM block 200 including a plurality of word lines WL, a plurality of bit lines BL, a plurality of memory cells MC, and a word line control circuit 240; and a data line driver block 100 which drives a plurality of data line groups of a display panel in accordance with data supplied from the RAM block 200. The data line driver block 100 includes a plurality of division data line drivers which drive different data line groups among the plurality of data line groups. The word line control circuit 240 selects the same word lines among the plurality of word lines WL a plurality of times in one horizontal scanning period wherein the display panel is driven for horizontal scanning.
