LANDING DEVICE FOR BASE ISOLATION ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device for a base isolation building eliminating a level difference of a floor surface of a getting on/off passage and having an inexpensive and simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the landing device, a hoistway is formed over a base construction body 2 and an base isolation construction body 4 supported on the base construction body 2 through an base isolation device and the getting on/off passage provided between the elevator landing of the construction body and the car stopped at the landing is interlocked with relative displacement between both construction bodies and is deformed. The landing device is provided with a movable floor at the construction body having one end provided on a fixed body at the construction body side to form a floor surface at the construction body side of the getting on/off passage and the other end provided with a first comb tooth projected to the hoistway side; a hoistway side movable floor 26 having one end provided on a fixed body at the hoistway to form a floor surface at the hoistway side of the getting on/off passage and the other end provided with a second comb tooth projected to the construction body side and engaged with the first comb tooth; and an under-floor support plate 29 provided between the fixed body at the construction body and the fixed body at the hoistway side below the movable floor 25 at the construction body and the movable floor 26 at the hoistway side and curved toward a downward side.
