A temperature compensating device for an injection of Ringer's solution is provided to reduce a side effect due to a temperature difference between the Ringer's solution and a body temperature by raising a temperature of the Ringer's solution using a hot wire. The temperature compensating device for an injection of Ringer's solution includes a power switch and an operation relay for supplying a power to a hot wire and heating the hot wire, a temperature sensor for maintaining a proper temperature, a display lamp connected to the operation relay and displaying an operation state, and an LED(light emitting diode) display plate connected to the temperature sensor and displaying a temperature state.
