PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an anchor bolt embedded in base concrete so that a position is not dislocated by an obstacle and impact from an external part until hardening the base concrete. SOLUTION: In reinforcement work after installing the anchor bolt of an exposed type column base, a beam main reinforcement receiving metallic material 3 and a foundation reinforcement including a beam main reinforcement 7 arranged there, are integrated by sandwiching and fixing the beam main reinforcement 7 between the beam main reinforcement receiving metallic material 3 and a fixation fastening steel plate 2, and a fixation degree of a sandwiching and fixing holding metal fitting part is also increased by using even weight of the integrated reinforcement received by the beam main reinforcement receiving metallic material 3. Thus, the fixation fastening steel plate 2 and a template of fixing the anchor bolt can be connected and fixed by a steel material such as the reinforcement, and position (or dimensional) accuracy of the anchor bolt is held. A strain correction and positioning of a steel frame column can be performed by towing by hooking a wire on an anchor hook 1 arranged on the fixation fastening steel plate 2.
