PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined filament polyester yarn suitable for the production of a woven fabric having dry touch, light-weight feeling, deep color property and high resilience. SOLUTION: A polyester multifilament yarn X having latent spontaneous extension property is interlocked with a polyester multifilament yarn Y having latent heat-shrinking property and the product is heat-treated in relaxed state to obtain a combined filament yarn having the spontaneously extended yarn X interlocked to the outside of the heat-shrunk yarn Y. The spontaneously extending polyester yarn X is a hollow fiber having a hollowness of 10-50% and containing a fine pore forming agent composed of (a) a metal-containing phosphorus compound and (b) an alkaline earth metal compound.
