The method involves cutting a first portion meat in strips. A second meat portion is converted to mince-meat. The portions of meat are mixed and the two portions frozen. The mixture is formed to an elongated shaped part before freezing and that in the frozen condition an elongated shaped part of the frozen mixture is cut in slices. The portions of meat are independently peppered.
