摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a granular food composition containing a soya milk component and instantaneously soluble without forming undissolved lumps by adding to a liquid such as water and milk. <P>SOLUTION: Soya milk is dried and crushed to fine powder, the powder is charged to a granulator and a collagen solution is sprayed as a binder to perform the coagulation and granulation of the fine powder. The drying of soya milk is preferably performed by freeze drying and the collagen solution is preferably an aqueous solution of a collagen peptide having a molecular weight of &le;10,000. When the produced granular food composition is added to a liquid (e.g. water, hot water or milk), the granule absorbs the liquid by capillary phenomenon and the collagen constituting the core is instantaneously dissolved to easily disintegrate the bonded state. Accordingly, the food composition of the invention is quickly soluble without forming undissolved lumps in spite of the fine powdery state by adding the composition to a liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
