FLEXIBLE CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and strong flexible container free from a leakage of contents such as a powder due to expansion of a sewn hole. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film thin enough to prevent a sewn hole from influencing a fiber cloth overlies the fiber cloth made of stretched thermoplastic resin fiber, and the cloth is sewn with the thermoplastic resin film inside to provide the flexible container. An adhesive is impregnated from outside of the container toward the inside in the vicinity of the sewn part so that the thermoplastic resin fiber is adhered. The stretched thermoplastic resin fiber is preferably stretched polypropylene fiber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
