PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-processing device and an image forming system capable of aligning boring positions of punch holes to improve finish quality of a bundle of paper sheets by automatically boring the punch holes in documents output from an image forming device and restricting unevenness when stopping the paper sheets in the conveying direction. SOLUTION: This paper sheet post-processing device has a processing means for boring punch holes in a paper sheet formed with an image and a paper sheet stopping means for accurately stopping the paper sheets at an aimed paper sheet stopping position. A paper sheet detecting sensor is arranged in an upstream point at a distance by the whole number of rotation of the conveying roller provided upstream and downstream of the aimed position for stopping the paper sheet in the punch hole boring part, and the paper sheet stopping means stops the paper sheet with the whole number of rotation of the conveying rollers provided upstream and downstream of the punch hole boring part after the paper sheet detecting sensor detects a rear end of the paper sheet.
