PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior characteristic in view of conditions of environment and wastes or the like, attain a retort-proof sterilization processing, show a more superior oxygen barrier characteristic as compared with that of the prior art laminate tube container and prevent an oxygen barrier characteristic from being deteriorated even if the laminate tube container is squeezed. SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate tube container having at least a gas barrier laminate, wherein the gas barrier laminate comprises a base member and a gas barrier layer laminated on at least one surface of the base member. The gas barrier layer is made of a composite including a neutralization product having at least one functional group that is selected from a carboxyl group and a carboxylic acid anhydride group.
