PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of facilitating its operation when raising a seat cushion. SOLUTION: This seat includes a front link 71 of which lower portion is attached to a floor side so as to be rotatable and upper portion is attached at a front portion of the seat cushion so as to be rotatable and a rear link 81 of which lower portion is attached onto the floor side so as to be rotatable and upper portion is attached at a rear portion of the seat cushion so as to be rotatable, and the seat cushion is raised/lowered to the floor. This seat has a raising/lowering lock mechanism 100 which prohibits rotation of at least either of the front link 71 or the rear link 81 at first and second positions of which heights are different from each other, and an unlock retaining mechanism 600 which maintains an unlock state of the raising/lowering lock mechanism 100 until the raising/lowering lock mechanism 100 can be locked at the first position when the raising/lowering lock mechanism 100 becomes in the unlock state at the second position lower than the first position.
