PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize and simplify a bottle aligning maintaining part, and to make a discharging mechanism compact and simple. SOLUTION: A slanting passage 12 is formed between opposing end parts 11a and 11b of a plate frame 11, and bottles 20 are aligned in a suspension state by loosely inserting the narrow part at the top part of the bottle 20 in the slanting passage 12. A motor 13 is placed at the end part on the discharging side of the plate frame 11, and a discharging member 14 is connected to a rotation output shaft of the motor 13. A half cylindrical part 14a of the discharging member 14 is disposed at the end part on the discharging side of the slanting passage 12. In the normal state, the leading bottle in the slanting passage 12 is caught at an inner recess 14b while the half cylindrical part 14a is located on the discharging side. During the operation, the half cylindrical part 14a rotates around the leading bottle by the rotary driving of the motor 13, and the leading bottle is released from the inner recess 14b and is dispensed from the slanting passage 12.
