PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure capable of carrying out easily preparatory work for changing an acting direction of a load, without enlarging a size. SOLUTION: A support face 12 of a partially cylindrical concave face is formed on an upper face of a fixing pedestal 10. A supported face 15 of a partially cylindrical convex face is formed on an under face of an oscillation pedestal 14. The support face 12 and the supported face 15 are shifted in response to a testing condition to change a posture of the oscillation pedestal 14. The direction applied onto a bearing unit 11 fixed on an upper face of the oscillation pedestal 14 from a hydraulic actuator 5 is changed by the posture change to solve the problem hereinbefore.
