A standing-type roasting apparatus having a unit for removing smoke discharged through a door is provided to preclude the smoke from being leaked by passing the smoke through the outer suction part, and to block the heat loss by arranging the heat loss blocking plate at the front of the receiving part. A standing-type roasting apparatus having a unit for removing smoke discharged through a door is composed of: a body having an inner receiving part; a heat source installed at the receiving part of the body; a food-mounted unit mounted at the receiving part of the body; a door opening and closing the receiving part; and a smoke removal unit containing an outer suction part(SO) installed around the door, a duct(51) communicated with the outer suction part and connected to the heat source, and a blower(53) installed at the duct to supply the suction force. The smoke removal unit contains an inner suction part(SI) communicated with the duct to suck the air in the receiving part.
