PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reducing the calibration time of a power amplifier (PA). SOLUTION: The system includes a memory module (304) that is integrated in the PA. The memory module is configured to store one or more calibration parameters of the PA, and can also store one or more performance specifications of the PA. The system can also include a control circuit (406) controlling the operation of the PA.
