PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent-free two-pack type aliphatic polyurea resin-forming composition excellent in a working environment property and a spraying property, free from risk of foaming, having tough coated film and having good warm water resistance and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The two-pack type aliphatic polyurea resin-forming composition is obtained by combining a liquid A containing an aliphatic polyisocyanate with a liquid B containing a chain extender and a polyoxyalkylene polyamine. In the composition, coated film of polyurea resin can be formed at ordinary temperature by using a diamine in which the weight ratio of an aromatic diamine/a secondary alicyclic diamine is (2/8) to (10/0) as the chain extender and mixing the liquid A with the liquid B.
