PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the fatigue of a body by providing buttock-shaped recesses on one face of a pillow or a cushion when using the pillow and the cushion for the buttocks. SOLUTION: This buttock cushion 1 is provided with the buttock-shaped recesses on one face of the pillow or the cushion. A user can thus sit or lie thereon with this cushion or pillow applied under the buttocks. This constitution can eliminate its adverse effect on the body such as the fatigue and the lumbago.
