<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that round proper records are hardly performed proper records are not taken in almost all cases disliking the increase of time and efforts of input though it is conventionally needed to take the round records. <P>SOLUTION: In each ward, by operating the round button of an individual information corridor lamp after the round of the ward is completed, a round completion signal is transmitted to a nurse call master unit. In the nurse call master unit, the name of a person in charge of the round together with a ward number (patient's name) and the time of round completion are stored as round data.
