PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems: though amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP), its fluoride (ACPF) and a carbonate-containing derivative (ACCP) are used for dental recalcification and dental desensitization, they rapidly reverse to be insoluble or nearly insoluble and thermodynamically more unstable state, e.g., hydroxyapatite, when they are exposed to and/or dissolved in water, therefore calcium ions and phosphate ions are not used in living bodies. SOLUTION: The oral care composition, the tool and the method using amorphous calcium phosphate, its precursor or its derivative are provided. Thus, dental recalcification and bleaching, reduction of hypersensitivity and/or dental hardening are simultaneously carried out, inversion of amorphous calcium phosphate to an insoluble state is reduced and/or effect of a bleaching agent can be maintained under an anhydrous condition until it is used in the oral cavity.
