METHOD FOR EXTRACELLULAR PRODUCTION OF TARGET PROTEINS BY CO-EXPRESSION OF OMPF AND TARGET PROTEINS

A microorganism is provided to be able to simultaneously express Ompf and a target protein to secret and produce the target protein extracellularly. And a method for secreting and producing the target protein extracellularly by using the microorganism is provided. The recombinant microorganism is characterized in that it includes a recombinant vector including a gene for coding Ompf and a gene for coding a target protein, is simultaneously transformed to a recombinant vector capable of secreting and expressing the target protein into a periplasmic protein of a microorganism and has a characteristic capable of simultaneously expressing the gene for coding the Ompf and the gene for coding the target protein so as to secret and produce the target protein to a culture solution. The method for extracellularly secreting and producing a target protein comprises the steps of: (a) culturing the recombinant microorganism so as to secret the target protein to a culture solution; and (b) recovering the target protein from the culture solution.
