PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire with improved electric conductivity and rolling resistance performance. SOLUTION: In the tire, a resistivity value is not less than 10<SP>9</SP>Ωcm and the percentage content of silica in a reinforcing filler is not less than 70% by weight in a tread part, a sidewall part, a breaker part or a ply part. The tire has a conductive rubber layer in addition to the tire members. The conductive rubber layer is in contact with the bead part, is continuously arranged to the ground contact surface of the tread part through between the sidewall part and the ply part, and has a resistivity value of not more than 10<SP>8</SP>Ωcm and a thickness of 0.1 to 5mm, or the conductive rubber layer is in contact with the bead part, is continuously arranged between the sidewall part and the ply part and between the tread part 1 and the breaker part or in the tread part, having a resistivity value of not more than 10<SP>8</SP>Ωcm and a thickness of 0.1 to 5mm.
