PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing sheet for use in the thermal compression bonding for electronic members having a construction different from that of a conventional releasing sheet and satisfying both of the requirements of releasing property and flexibility (cushioning property). SOLUTION: The releasing sheet comprises a ultra high molecular weight polyethylene layer and a silicone rubber layer, wherein the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene layer and the silicone rubber layer are integrated with each other, and the thickness of the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene layer is at least 30μm.
