A valve shaft (34) extending from a solenoid (24b) into hydraulic portion (24a), has two ends positioned to respective solenoid and hydraulic portion. The integrated supply shut-off valve (44) and exhaust bleed valve (38) located at the respective ends of the shaft, move towards respective open and close positions, when shaft slid towards the end cap (20) of solenoid. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) method for operating a dual poppet low leak variable bleed solenoid valve; and (2) pressure control valve.
