A hanging fixed type weather strip of a vehicle is provided to secure the fixing force by inserting into and hanging on a combining hole formed on a door trim and to remove additional working steps. A hanging fixed type weather strip(2) of a vehicle fitted on a door trim(1) comprises a soft airtight body overlapped on the inner side of the door trim and contacted on a glass(G) moved up and down to maintain airtightness; a hook(3) formed with a hanging step(3a) in a shape of saw teeth inclined toward the inserted direction to be inserted into plural combining holes(1a) formed at regular intervals on the door trim; and a steel iron core installed in the airtight body inward the hook to increase the whole strength. The hook is composed of an input unit(A) having a sharp end part, a fixing unit(B) having plural fitting ends fitted to the combining holes and a connecting unit(C).
